Dreams Resorts & Spas by AMR Collection has introduced a kid-friendly culinary offering created in collaboration with young chef Eitan Bernath. Three new dishes are available now at select resorts until May 31, 2022.
Guests can tuck into the new “Foodie Explorers” rotating menu series at Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort, Dreams Natura Resort & Spa and Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa in Mexico. Dishes include the Sunny Day Parfait (coconut mango parfait with Yucatan honeycomb candy); Cuckoo Coconut Fish Fingers (coconut fish fingers with tamarind dipping sauce); and Cheesy Crispy Rice Dippers (elote arancini nuggets with creamy dipping sauce.)
Chef Bernath, the principal culinary contributor on The Drew Barrymore Show, created the dishes for younger generations to complement the existing food and beverage program. Bernath began cooking as a seven year old and has since built a loyal following of around seven million social media followers.
In January, Bernath and his family traveled to Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort. While there, he collaborated with AMR Collection executive chefs during an interactive session going behind-the-scenes and into the kitchen to gather recipe inspiration that matches the flavors and style of the destination. “I was inspired by the fresh ingredients and bold tropical flavors of Mexico’s Yucatan and beyond to create unique and fun dishes that would appeal to kids and help them discover new flavors while on vacation,” said Bernath in a written statement.
The Dream Big family package is available for $199 and those who book by March 31, 2022, for travel by December 31, 2022, will receive perks including a “family fun” welcome gift, 25-minute massage for parents, family photo session, kid-friendly turn down amenity, early check-in and late checkout, among others.
