Paradisus by Meliá, SUDA Introduce Holistic Wellness Experiences

Paradisus by Meliá, a waterfront all-inclusive luxury resort brand owned by Meliá Hotels International (MHI), has partnered with SUDA, a new brand with a holistic training system that specializes in designing innovative wellbeing experiences. As an extension of its wellness enrichment program, Paradisus by Meliá’s Mexico resorts in Cancún, Playa del Carmen and San José del Cabo will each be offering a “SUDA Mind and Body” boot camp over the coming weeks.

Created by dancers and artists, SUDA’s holistic sessions integrate immersive yoga, active meditation, breath-work, martial arts, and dance techniques in a holistic mindfulness transformation process that is aimed at relaxing the mind and awakening the consciousness. The boot-camp itinerary will also include destination-specific experiences that connect participants with the local nature and culture. Intimate and exclusive, the program accepts only 20 guests per session.

Following the exclusive opportunity to join these immersive boot camp sessions personally guided by the elite SUDA professionals, all guests at Paradisus properties will be able to enjoy variations of SUDA programming in the resorts’ wellness offerings.

Guests can participate in the Paradisus and SUDA boot camps at Paradisus Cancún from March 2 to March 5; at Paradisus Playa del Carmen from March 9 to March 12; and at Paradisus Los Cabos from March 30 to April 2, 2022.
