Cancun’s Xavage Park Has Reopened

Xavage, the adventure park of Grupo Xcaret, has reopened its doors. Visitors and guests living in or vacationing in Cancun, or the Mayan Riviera will be able to enjoy six activities and updated facilities from Monday through Saturday (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Ticket prices are inclusive of unlimited food and beverages.

Xavage is home to the only river rapids in Cancun and the longest man-made circuit for rafting, offering visitors the chance to explore the location along with guides certified by the International Rafting Federation. Visitors can take the wheel of a monster truck and become pilots or co-pilots in this adventure which crosses 15 obstacles using powerful engines. This ropes course includes a range of challenges—over 4,000 hanging elements and four height levels, with the highest one being over 118 feet, providing a personalized experience so that every adventurer can overcome the activity in their way. Visitors can cruise the waters at high speeds on a jet boat with an expert naval captain.

Visitors can go zip-lining on the longest horizontal zip-line in Cancun—almost half-a-mile long and more than 68-feet high. Visitors can also go kayaking at Xavage. The experience can be short, medium or long so that visitors can choose and plan their itineraries to enjoy other adventures.

Xavage offers a dedicated area for young visitors including activities such as zip-lining, besides a range of experiences tailored for them. Amenities include a new pool surrounded by lounge chairs and a hammocks zone; a buffet restaurant with a salad bar, pasta bar, ceviche, and aguachiles bar, burgers, meats, and dessert bar; and Xnack, which offers smoothies, natural juices, pizzas, cookies and veggies. Lockers and showers are also available for visitors.
