Sardinia's Forte Village Debuts Remodeled Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa

Forte Village, the luxury resort located on the south coast of Sardinia, Italy, has revamped its Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa for the 2022 season. The spa consists of a sub-tropical garden landscape, a six-pool thalasso circuit, an upgraded gym, 30 treatment rooms, a new tisaneria (herbal tea bar) and restyled changing rooms.

The Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa is led by Dr. Angelo Cerina. Guests can avail of personalized treatments and programs in consultation with an in-house medical team that includes Dr. Joanna Hakimova. Acquaforte’s spa and wellness team have developed a range of treatments to enhance the effects of the thalassotherapy circuit. Guests can enjoy a range of massages, private yoga lessons and Ayurvedic treatments. The spa also offers diet consultations.

Available for exclusive use by family and friends, Acquaforte’s Private Spa is located in a private garden with four thalasso pools.

Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa offers two programs: The three-day “Immuno Detox” program, which includes a cardiovascular exam, personal thalassotherapy, cryotherapy sessions and three body detox treatments; and the three-day “Immuno Anti-Age” program, which replaces the detox treatments with two treatments for face and body, and a private yoga session.

The Performance Center & Gym offers personalized training programs for guests. With its team of trainers, doctors, massage therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and nutritionists, the Performance Center provides an accurate analysis of pathological conditions and an effective course of treatment. Depending on the case at hand, activity in the gym is combined with a weightless thalassotherapy course.
