Hyatt Loyalty Program Expands to Include Small Luxury Hotels

Hyatt Hotels Corporation will partner with Small Luxury Hotels, expanding its loyalty program to include certain Small Luxury Hotels properties. The hotel collections expect that World of Hyatt members will be able to earn and redeem points at Small Luxury Hotels’ locations by the end of the year.

Small Luxury Hotels, a collection of more than 500 hotels in over 80 countries, offers a wide range of accommodations. Properties include modern city hotels, secluded private islands, country mansions and more. Hyatt’s president and CEO Mark Hoplamazian expects the partnership to particularly expand members’ choice of locations in Europe and Asia.

The president and CEO of Small Luxury Hotels, Filip Boyen, said the upcoming partnership will add value to its independent hotels and that the company looks “forward to expected increased occupancy with significant exposure to the World of Hyatt’s more than 10 million members.”

Small Luxury Hotels provides its own loyalty program, INVITED. Members can receive exclusive rates, early check-in, late check-out, special promotions and complimentary breakfast and wi-fi.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s portfolio stretches across six continents and includes over 750 properties. The company, made up of 14 different brands, includes Park Hyatt, Maraval, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt, Andaz, Hyatt Centric, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Zilara, Hyatt Residence Club and Exhale.
