Leading Hotels of the World Adds Two Properties in Mexico

Leading Hotels of the World has added two new properties in Mexico: Chablé Maroma and Chablé Resort & Spa.

Chablé Maroma, which officially opened this past September, is an all-suite hotel on the Caribbean coast, 35 minutes from Cancun International Airport. It has 68 suites and two villas, each with private pools, outdoor living areas, terraces and a number of other exclusive amenities.

Also on property is a 17,000-square-foot-spa and a pool lying parallel to Maroma’s private, white-sand beach. A spa highlight is the Tree of Life Massage, a four-hand massage that aims to act as a balancing treatment reflecting the constant swing between life’s polarities.

Cuisine at Chablé Maroma emphasizes locally caught or grown products, as well as products obtained from nearby suppliers. There is a beachfront seafood bar and a relaxed poolside dining room.

Set in a series of gardens in the Mayan Forest, the wellness-focused Chablé Resort & Spa has 36 suites and four villas, all with private pools and a design that aims to blend traditional Mayan architecture with modern touches. The centerpiece is a spa built beside a cenote, which offers a Traditional Ceremonial Temazcal using heat generated by volcanic stones bathed in medicinal teas.
