Lennox Hotels Miami Beach Unveils Reno, New Guest Experiences

Lennox Hotels Miami Beach has refreshed its 118 guestrooms and redesigned its lobby for the first time since it opened in 2019. New guest experiences have also been added, including the launch of a wellness program and an updated summer menu at the on-site restaurant, Amalia.

The refreshed rooms have a new color scheme with leafy tropical greens and comforting pinks, accented by new room linens, textured pillows, tropical wallpaper and artwork. Upon entering the hotel, guests are now greeted by a transformed ground floor with a redesigned lobby. The new layout creates a more open feeling with an expanded lounge section that encourages get-togethers or co-working over coffee.

Beyond, the new summer menu at Amalia—created by Executive Chef Hernan Griccini—includes items such as Roasted cauliflower and pistachios; Hummus and little gem; Fettuccine alfredo; Trofie with Bolognese; Pork cottoleta alla Milanese; Pineapple tart tatin; and Classic arroz con leche. “The new summer menu is inspired by my favorite seasonal ingredients and introduces personal takes on classic dishes. In particular, the Trofie with Bolognese is a dish that reminds me of my family as my grandmother would prepare it for us over our summer months in Argentina.” said Chef Griccini.

Additionally, the hotel’s new wellness program allows guests to ride around the Miami Beach neighborhood on electric bikes as well as enjoy a complimentary yoga series at Amalia led by Argentine fitness model and yoga teacher, Rocio Guirao Diaz. After the 60-minute session, attendees can enjoy samples of light bites and juices curated by Executive Chef Griccini to recharge post-work out.
