Palace Resorts Upgrades Menu, Implements New Technology

Palace Resorts, a hotel collection with 10 properties in Mexico and Jamaica, announced the addition of menu items at its restaurants, as well the launch of several new technological upgrades aimed at enhancing the guest experience with added convenience.

Palace Resorts has added to its all-inclusive culinary offerings with the release of newly curated menus by pastry chef Antonio Bachour. The resort collection is changing the dessert offerings by now creating each of its treats with the exclusive imported chocolate – Republica del Cacao. Bachour and the resort collection’s culinary team recreated each item on the menu with the new ingredient, which includes breakfast pastries, desserts, cakes, and Bachour’s selection of signature treats like bonbons, Berries & Crème, and S’mores, among others. The new dessert options will available at all Palace Resorts locations.

The resort collection has also made technological improvements. Already in place at some properties like Moon Palace Cancun, Le Blanc Spa Resorts, Isla Mujeres Palace and Moon Palace Jamaica, guests no longer need a key card to access their room. New wristbands now contain a chip that allows guests to open their room doors with a wave at the wrist. Palace Resorts has also made the process of room-key safekeeping easier with the development of the brand’s app, which also allows guests to access their rooms directly from the touch of their screens.

Additionally, Diamond Members will soon get the exclusive access to “Go Moon,” an Uber-style service that allows guests to move within Moon Palace Cancun. The brand has also partnered with “Facility”, a system that allows guests to have direct communication with housekeeping, and specific requests such as birthday amenities, late checkout times and maintenance requests.
