Paradisus by Meliá Announces Fall Experiences

Paradisus by Meliá has announced a range of new offerings and programs throughout its seven worldwide locations. Here's what's happening:

A member of The Leading Hotels of the World, Paradisus Los Cabos has started its transition to an adults-only resort. As of January 2024, the resort will join Paradisus La Perla and Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote as the third adults-only Paradisus location. The resort will soon launch adult-focused programming. All reservations with children will be honored through January 7, 2024. Adults can also experience the newly revamped The Reserve suites, which offers guests access to the resort’s exclusive areas, including private sections of the beach, private pools, lounges, and access to Destination Inclusive experiences.

Paradisus La Perla, an adults-only resort in Playa del Carmen has unveiled 49 newly renovated suites in The Reserve. The resort has also redesigned the South Avenue Bar, Twelvet, Nespresso Corner and Blue Agave Restaurant.

Paradisus’ culinary program, The Epicure, has announced its upcoming programming for fall. The Epicure is an interactive rotating chef experience program that works with culinary talent from the U.S., Mexico, Spain and the Dominican Republic. November 2–4, Paradisus Punta Cana will host Spanish chef German Ortega for a weekend of interactive culinary activities. The Michelin-star chef will offer guests a taste of his technical and creative cooking processes. November 17–19, Paradisus Cancun will welcome Mexican chef Josephina Lopez, who will provide guests a taste of Oaxacan-style cuisine.

This year, Paradisus by Meliá has officially opened two new locations: Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote and Paradisus Gran Canaria. Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote is an adults-only resort with 282 rooms and villas, a 19,000-square-foot swimming pool, tropical gardens designed by César Manrique and seven dining options. The resort was designed by Spanish architect Fernando Higueras. Located on the island of Lanzarote, a World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote is surrounded by the beaches of Costa Teguise and charming villages.

Launched earlier this year, all Paradisus locations have transformed into "Destination Inclusive" resorts. As part of this program, guests of The Reserve and Nikté suites enjoy access to Destination Inclusive experiences—one-of-a-kind off-property excursions.
