Seadust Cancun Family Resort Launches New Accessible Suites, App

The Seadust Cancun Family Resort has announced a number of new upgrades, including a new resort app and four new accessible suites for travelers with special needs.

The Seadust Cancun Family Resort app provides many features for guests, from important information to the ability to check in if the reservation was made on the resort’s website. Guests can use the app to learn about and make reservations at the resort’s 11 restaurants and 10 bars, check details about the daily evening shows at the hotel’s theater, and book treatments at the Seadust Elegance Spa. App users can also register their e-mail to access the free high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the resort. The app is in both English and Spanish and is compatible with Android and iOS devices.

The four new accessible suites are available on the first floor of the Cancun resort, and they were designed to accommodate every guest in the hotel while keeping space and functionality in mind. These accessible suites have large doorways, wheelchair accessible bedrooms, shower chairs, roll-under sink, toilets with handlebars, accessible beds and many more amenities for guests’ comfort.

The Seadust Cancun Family Resort will continue to make upgrades to the app and to the resort’s facilities in the coming months. In addition to these two enhancements, the resort presented earlier this year the expansion of cheese selection in Le Vin et Le Fromage and the updates of the property’s cinema-style theater.
