As our part of our coverage of the recently-concluded Tianguis Turistico conference in Acapulco, Travel Agent sat in on a Palace Resorts press conference in which the all-inclusive company announced that Los Cabos will be the destination of its second Le Blanc Spa Resort.
The adults-only Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos will open this fall and feature more than 370 rooms. The resort's suites will include private terraces with ocean views. The restaurants and bars also feature ocean views.
Suites range from 760 to 1,400, square feet. and come equipped with living spaces, a king or two standard double beds, large bathrooms with luxurious bathtubs and rain shower heads.
The second Le Blanc Spa Resort comes years after the success of Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun, the brand’s longstanding flagship property.
Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos is located on Mexico's Baja California Peninsula, is now the second property under the umbrella of Palace Resorts. This beachfront property will also include a 29,000 square-foot, full-service spa with 25 treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy facility, a 3,961 square-foot fitness and wellness center and four plunge pools.
The 42nd Tianguis Turistico Wraps Up in Acapulco
The 42th edition of Tianguis Turistico wrapped up on Thursday, March 30 and drew more than 10,000 travel professionals, government officials and others looking to promote travel to and from Mexico. In fact, the attendance represented a six-percent overall increase from last year's show.
Mexico’s Mazatlan was announced as the host city for Tianguis Turistico 2018, which alternates between Acapulco and other iconic Mexico destination each year.
