Avoya Hosts Award Trip With Holland America Line

Avoya Network members in Ochos Rios with the Jamaica Tourist Board, who personally greeted them as they disembarked.

Avoya Travel celebrated the sales success of top selling Independent Agencies in the Avoya Travel Network with its Best of the Best Independent Agency Recognition Award Trip. Hosted by Holland America Line and Avoya, the Best of the Best trip awarded a record number of Independent Agencies that achieved more than $1 million in 2016 sales, the host agency said.

The number of Independent Agencies in the Avoya Travel Network reaching $1 million in sales had double-digit growth from 2015. The Best of the Best trip was an extended celebration of Avoya’s record sales in 2016 and Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network successfully reaching more customers and delivering more quality vacations than ever before, Avoya said.

This December, the Best of the Best Avoya Network members were invited to join Avoya executives and Holland America Line representatives onboard the Eurodam for a seven-night Western Caribbean sailing. In addition to experiencing ports-of-call in the Bahamas, Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, and Key West, Florida, Independent Agency owners had access to special Holland America Line education sessions and networking with Avoya’s top executives.

While in Ochos Rios, the Jamaica Tourist Board greeted the Avoya Network members as they disembarked. Local Independent Agency owner and member of the Avoya Travel Network, Sharon White of Sheri-Funtastic Travels and Resorts ltd., was instrumental in initiating the welcome event, Avoya said.
