Ensemble Travel Group has announced the dates and locations of some of its major 2018 events. The announcements came from the recent Ensemble conference.
To celebrate the group’s 50th anniversary next year, Ensemble will be holding its annual conference at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in Nassau, the Bahamas from October 23-27, 2018. This is the organization’s first annual conference to take place outside North America in more than 10 years.
The resort has 200,000 square feet of event space as well as a casino, shopping, ESPA Spa Jack Nicklaus Signature Design golf course, six pools including one with a swim-up aquarium filled with stingrays and tropical fish, a white sand beach, and more than 20 restaurants, bars and lounges.
Ensemble also announced that the 2018 Ensemble Elite celebration will take place at Club Med Marrakech La Palmeraie in Morocco June 3-9, 2018.
The annual event recognizes the organization’s top-producing members in the U.S. and Canada. It features a variety of customized sight-seeing activities, private dinners, and receptions as well as business activities with Ensemble executives and supplier sponsors. Agents are selected based on 2017 sales performance with Ensemble Travel Group’s preferred partners. Additionally, Olive Branch Tours, an Ensemble On Location provider, has created “Spiritual Fez,” a customized pre- and post-tour, exclusively for the group with special fares through Delta Air Lines.
The 2018 Ensemble Executive Retreat for U.S. members will take place April 19-22 at the Silverado Resort & Spa in Napa, California.
The annual event is designed for agency owners and managers to help grow their business and further their relationship with supplier partners. Back for a second year, John Casey of 2Logical, a training and development company, will deliver his “Leadership: You Never Lose – You Either Win or Learn!” program. The program also features Ensemble-specific sessions, one-on-ones with participating preferred partners, team-building activities, and social events.
Finally, the Ensemble Extraordinary and Owner/Manager Dinner Meeting will help members grow their high-end sales of niche, specialty, and luxury products with a select group of Ensemble preferred partners. Members will be able to interact with suppliers as well as take part in networking events.
