Ensemble Travel Group is honoring the success of its top producers for the tenth year in a row, as this year also marks the company’s best sales performance throughout its 49-year history.
To celebrate, nearly 50 Ensemble member agency executives from the United States and Canada went on a seven-day Norse Legends cruise aboard Holland America Line’s Koningsdam, sailing roundtrip from Amsterdam. They were all treated to a number of exclusive experiences, including a premium wine tasting with the ship’s cellar master, an excursion viewing the Geiranger Fjord as well as a special awards dinner on top of Mount Aksla, where they had a panoramic view of Ålesund, the archipelago, and the surrounding mountains.
Along with the exclusive travel experiences, participants also attended special business meetings led by Ensemble co-presidents Lindsay Pearlman and Libbie Rice. At these meetings, they discussed trends and new initiatives that are planned or under discussion for the upcoming year. There were also informal discussion sessions for members with more than 20 supplier sponsors.
Pearlman, in a written release, said that the top producer cruise was the first celebration using the “Ensemble Elite” brand, a name that she said aptly describes the “incredibly accomplished industry and business leaders” that are members of the group. She said that these leaders, along with their teams and by the support of their network of preferred partners, have shown what it takes to deliver “exceptional service, insider knowledge and extraordinary itineraries” to their clients.
Ensemble Travel Group gives credit to many of its partners, including AIG Travel Inc., AmaWaterways, Crystal Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Sunwig Vacations and many more, as they helped make this year’s Ensemble Elite celebration a success.
