OASIS Travel Network Releases New SmartMail Direct Marketing Program

OASIS Travel Network is launching a new SmartMail program, a custom direct-mail marketing initiative that is available to member agents. This new program is a means for travel advisors to more efficiently communicate with their existing database and prospect for new clients, the organization says.

Using the SmartMail program, agents can pick from a selection of postcard templates. Agents will customize the postcard with their logo, company brand message and a special offer. Agents can choose to target market to the demographics they select, or they can mail to their own database once the design is complete.

Kelly Bergin, president of OASIS Travel Network, says this marketing tool can cultivate leads, generate return business, and target specific demographics.

“Postcard marketing is quick and easy. It allows agents to get their message out promptly at a very reasonable cost. Postcards get more attention because of their size and ease of access. Postcards are easier to track. Statistics show that 90 percent of the responses are generated within seven to 10 days," Bergin says.

And this is not the only marketing service available. Jill LaBarre, vice president of business development, Palm Coast Travel (the parent company for OASIS Travel Network and Smartcruiser.com), says OASIS Travel Network's Client Reach program is a way for travel advisors to reach out to clients that have booked a land or sea vacation.

"It’s a series of emails all scheduled through the life of a reservation from the Thank You to the Welcome Home. This fantastic program reminds guests to purchase travel protection, shares destination details, reminds of final payment due dates and so much more," LaBarre says.
