Top Fourth of July Travel Deals of 2018

It’s July 4th, and to celebrate, a number of cruise lines and travel brands are rolling out special deals to help travelers looking to book a getaway.

Carnival Cruise Line

Carnival has two deals available for booking:

Quick Getaway Early Saver Sale – Attractive Early Saver rates with up to $50 per stateroom credit for three- to five-day sailings through December 2019. Booking window is July 2-6.

Triple Play- Free stateroom upgrades (within the same category – inside to inside, balcony to balcony, etc.), and up to $50 credit per stateroom on select sailings through Summer 2018. Booking window July 1-8.

Norwegian Cruise Line

On July 3, Norwegian Cruise Line started its Freedom Sale just in time for the patriotic holiday. Guests will receive up to $500 in free onboard spend when they book select four night or longer cruises. Combinable with Free at Sea, this offer has a value up to $3,200.

Additionally, guests are invited to Take 5 Free where they will receive all five Free at Sea offers and up to $500 in free onboard spend when they book a balcony stateroom or above on select cruises.

Royal Caribbean

Royal Caribbean International currently offers 50 percent off the second guest in a stateroom and up to $100 in savings on a lineup of sailings departing on or after August 2, 2018. This offer is available through July 4. For third and fourth guests (and more) in the same stateroom, vacationers can receive 25 percent off each guest. Additionally, the cruise line is offering another $100 in savings for select fall sailings.

MSC Cruises

MSC Cruises is offering a July 4th sale that allows guests to take advantage of a free upgrade to a balcony stateroom on board the MSC Seaside when booking at an Oceanview rate. Additionally, guests can enjoy a selection of unlimited free drinks throughout the entire sailing, with “Drinks on Us” included. Rates starting at $609 per person for a seven-night sailing in a balcony stateroom. With “Kids Sail Free,” family vacations are even more affordable since kids 11 and under sail free on select sailings. The booking window runs through July 8.

American Cruise Lines

In river cruise news, American Cruise Lines is offering a trio of deals:

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is celebrating the holiday season this July by giving guests a chance to save on their getaways through December 25. Fourth of July Events

Finally, a number of hotels are offering special celebrations and packages, bookable on July 4th:

Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino

This Independence Day, Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino will be the only property on Aruba hosting celebrations for American guests. A special menu created just for the holiday will include a BBQ station featuring Whiskey Grilled Baby Back Ribs, Maple-Mustard Glazed Chicken, Carved Beer Braised Brisket, and classic American fare such as burgers, baked potatoes, Kosher hot dogs and all fixings.

The Chester at Gansevoort Meatpacking NYC

Celebrate the Fourth with American summer classics at The Chester, located within Gansevoort Meatpacking NYC. For the entire day, The Chester will be offering cheeseburgers (sliders for $14 and with fries for $19), kosher hot dogs (with fries for $14) and buffalo wings ($.75/wing for 12 wings - $9), alongside buckets of beers (6 of any kind for $36), Gansevoort’s signature Frosé or a passionfruit mojito ($17/glass or $52/pitcher). Hyatt Ziva Cancun

This July 4th the all-inclusive family resort Hyatt Ziva Cancun is offering special activities for families. In the morning, the Kidz Club will offer crafting with recyclable materials for kids followed by a donut contest and lunch. For adults, an array of activities will be offered during the day including water volleyball, beach aerobics, a hot dog eating contest, American football and a live DJ by the pool. In the evening, the Hyatt Ziva Cancun will host an all-american BBQ at Sahara Beach with a live rock band followed by a fireworks show all in a nod to America’s independence.
