Island Routes Adds New Tours Ahead of Upcoming Winter Season

Island Routes has announced 22 new tours across five island destinations, including Barbados, Curaçao, St. Lucia, the Bahamas and Jamaica, are now available for bookings.

Island Routes’ new tour highlights include:

  • Taste of Barbados Culinary Experience” – Spend an evening at Worthing Square, enjoying the freshly cooked Bajan-style seafood and other island delicacies, complemented by reggae and calypso music.
  • Barbados Obstacle Course & Zipline Experience” – Take on the Caribbean’s largest obstacle course and zipline over 100 feet above the tropical greenery, followed by the Mount Gay History Experience, diving into the birthplace of rum.
  • Harrison’s Cave & Zipline Experience” – Explore one of Barbados’ most unique natural phenomena at Harrison’s Cave, formed over thousands of years with glistening stalactites and stalagmites, running streams and underground waterfalls led by an expert guide, followed by a zipline experience.
  • Curaçao Catamaran & Shipwreck Snorkel Cruise” – Explore Curaçao’s underwater sites and go snorkeling, followed by a barbecue lunch with cocktails and tropical fruits.
  • Curaçao Chichi Doll Painting Experience” – Take a guided walk through art projects made by artists in Curaçao’s colorful Kaya Kaya District, then visit the home of the Chichis, Serena’s Art Factory. Travelers can paint their own Chichi doll for an authentic and personalized souvenir.
  • Nassau Power Catamaran Cruise & Beach Break” – Cruise along the waters of Nassau’s coastline aboard a catamaran, stopping at snorkeling and beach spots including Athol’s Island and Rose Island. Onboard, guests can enjoy appetizers, rum punch and plenty of dance music.
  • Luxury Catamaran Evening Charter St. Lucia” – Spend an evening admiring the sunset on a luxury catamaran. Guests will cruise smoothly out to sea with a perfect evening ambiance, complete with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and Caribbean music.

Additionally, Island Routes is offering new transportation options that make it easy for guests to fast-track through the airport and enjoy top attractions and tours across three islands. This includes airport transfers to and from Norman Manley International Airport to Kingston and Ocho Rios; Grantley Adams International Airport fast track and lounge services, plus transfers to Silver Sands, Eco Stables, Speightstown and Barbados Golf Course, Freight Bay; and a departure helicopter shuttle to Hewanorra Airport in St. Lucia.
