The deal means nearly six million unique consumers per month browsing their personal travel advisor’s website will be able to explore Luxury Gold’s product offerings, with each call-to-action directed back to the travel professional, Luxury Gold said.
Effective this week, Luxury Gold’s 42 small-group journeys on six continents will be populated in the search engines of Passport Online customer websites. The luxury itineraries incorporate safaris, river cruises and rail excursions, moving guests from destination to destination using the best and most appropriate mode of transit available: luxury coaches, mini coaches, planes, trains, boats and even luxury automobiles.
Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold’s sister company, offers an additional 100 premium journeys in Europe, North America and North Africa, which are already available in Passport.
Part of The Travel Corporation, Luxury Gold creates tailored itineraries for consumers and travel agents.
Passport Online powers more than 6,000 travel agent consumer-facing websites, hosting more than six million monthly consumer shopping sessions. The platform also powers the extranets of 10 consortia and host agencies, reaching over 30,000 travel agents on an ongoing basis.
