Off the Map Travel Debuts New Tour of Scandinavian and Baltic Capitals

Off the Map Travel has rolled out a new five-country holiday through Scandinavia and the Baltics, visiting Oslo, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki and Tallinn. The individualized “5 Star Capitals” program blends lodging at five-star hotels, a private tailored tour in each city, daily breakfast, other refreshments, a sauna visit in Helsinki, the option to book Michelin-starred restaurants, and five city-to-city modes of transportation including boat, car and train.

Although it's well-suited for a summer holiday, “5 Star Capitals” is also available year-round and for all ages. Featured five-star hotels in the private trip include Hotel Continental, Oslo; Nobis Hotel, Copenhagen; Grand Hôtel, Stockholm; St. George Hotel, Helsinki; and Schlössle Hotel, Tallinn. At each stop, participants will choose a walking or hiking tour that meets their interests. Possibilities range from historical, cultural and culinary tours to even a Hygge walking exploration encompassing traditions that make up the “cozy” Danish way of life.

Off the Map Travel’s “Adventure Artists” will work with each traveler to tailor a luxurious, immersive (and very personal) experience in each city. Add-ons such as private cycling and other special-interest tours are available to customize each program. Additional days can also be arranged. The sample 13-day itinerary departs by car from the airport in Oslo to the city center, traveling next to Copenhagen on an overnight cruise, then to Stockholm by train, to Helsinki by overnight cruise, and arriving at the last stop in Tallinn by ferry. Should clients prefer to substitute other hotels, Off the Map Travel can arrange the itinerary accordingly. Walking tours can be adjusted for mobility issues, but the overall goals are sustainability and leaving a minimal carbon footprint.

The 12-night program is priced starting at £5,000 ($6,264) per person based on double occupancy. International flights are not included in the program price. For more information, visit www.offthemap.travel.
