Nexion Travel Group has announced Brittany Franey as the recipient of this year’s U.S. Rising Star Award. This award, which is presented annually at Nexion’s conference CoNexion, recognizes an exceptional new Nexion member whose sales and engagement set the individual’s career off to a promising start.
Brittany Franey joined Nexion as an "Independent Learner" in July of 2022. She swiftly achieved remarkable sales results, clearing six figures in her first year alone. Brittany is also active in Nexion’s NEXstrides Group Business Coaching program. She balances her career as a travel advisor with her other roles as a mother of three, a volleyball coach and a fitness enthusiast, serving as an inspiration to new entrants in the travel industry and seasoned professionals alike.

Moreover, in her relatively short time as a Nexion advisor, Brittany has been tremendously supportive of the host agency’s preferred supplier partners. Seventy-four percent of her sales are with Nexion’s preferred suppliers, helping her deliver exceptional service to clients while also strengthening valuable relationships within the industry.
