In keeping with a commitment to grow and strengthen its core team to enhance member and partner support, Ensemble has announced several new appointments for its marketing, supplier relations and member services. 

Among the new appointments are: 

  • Jennifer Dzialo joins Ensemble in the role of SVP of supplier relations where she will be responsible for establishing the company's supplier mandate to ensure maximum value and revenue to Ensemble’s membership base.   
  • Carlos Garzon has been named VP of partner solutions, cruise. In this role, he will lead Ensemble’s cruise partnership strategy and coordinate the strategic direction of our cruise efforts. His experience includes previous roles as SVP of business development and operations at Atlas Ocean Voyages and several roles at Regent Seven Seas Cruises, including as VP sales marketing operations. 
  • Amaris Garcia joins Ensemble in the role as director of partner solutions, hotel. Garcia brings more than 30 years of experience to the role, including her most recent role at Ultramar Travel Management where she was director of hotel global business development. 
  • Deanna Tatham has been appointed as director of marketing and will oversee the launch of the company’s new marketing programs as well as its new member publications.  
  • Danielle Clement has been named director of partnership marketing, hotels and will work with the supplier relations team on the launch of Ensemble’s new hotel program and ensure that hotel partners have access to Ensemble’s new marketing opportunities and events. 
  • Nicole Tal has been named as learning program manager and will support Ensemble’s training and development efforts, including curriculum design, facilitation, and designing creative learning materials.  
  • Navdeep Kaur has been appointed as SQL developer and reporting manager. Kaur brings more than five years of experience in data development in the hospitality industry and will be responsible for managing the Ensemble data warehouse. 

The additions include the naming of Sydney Loney as the editorial director of Range, the new print and digital magazine launched by Ensemble in January. In this new role, Loney will oversee all editorial content for Range, designed to inspire travelers, as well as Range Best, a complementary monthly publication that also includes preferred partner offerings and promotions.  

These latest appointments follow on the heels of several other new senior positions that have been announced in the seven months since Ensemble was acquired by Naviagtr. Concurrently, Ensemble has launched several new programs and enhancements including the launch of a new Hotel program, an updated Member Portal, onboarding members onto its proprietary ADX booking platform, and the creation of new branding and annual event series, new print and digital publications, and more.
