Global Travel Collection Unveils New Tech Tool for Advisors

Global Travel Collection (GTC) has unveiled a new technology tool in collaboration with PlanitEasy, a cloud-based travel planning platform that enhances services for travel advisors.

Global Travel Collection’s core focus "is on nurturing human connections with travelers who seek out the guidance of a GTC travel advisor when planning their trips." The PlanitEasy partnership improves advisors’ capacity to adapt and respond to the technology-driven landscape of the travel industry while also maintaining personalized, high-touch service for consumers.

PlanitEasy is a dynamic customer relationship management (CRM) solution with a suite of planning tools that keep all trip-planning information in one place. Designed to meet the needs of Global Travel Collection’s advisors, the partnership offers features such as a software system to manage client and supplier profiles, a trip planner to create customized proposals and itineraries, a mobile app for clients to access itineraries while traveling, and real-time air updates for clients to receive notifications of flight changes.
