KHM Travel Group Names Bill Coyle VP of Agent Engagement

KHM Travel Group has promoted Bill Coyle to the new role of vice president of agent engagement. Coyle joins the host agency’s executive team in leading new initiatives to reach advisors and provide resources necessary for growth in this dynamic industry. Through a variety of in-person and online communication channels, he will communicate with advisors about important KHM Travel Group programs and strategize the best ways to meet the needs of travel advisors of all levels of experience.

Since starting his career in travel in 1994, Coyle has become an essential travel industry resource, according to KHM. He has over 30 years of experience leading his own brick and mortar travel agency and has also served on several advisory boards, including Carnival Cruise Line, Delta Vacations, Disney Travel Company and AMResorts. As a vocal supporter for travel advisor, Coyle has held positions with the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) and advocated on a national level legislatively.

“In all of Bill’s interactions with our agents, he brings a spirited passion and enthusiasm that can’t be matched. His words of motivation and commitment to going above and beyond helped thousands of our travel agents navigate the pandemic and remain dedicated to serving their clients. We are confident that this new role will highlight Bill’s unique talents to best support our network of travel agents and the industry as a whole,” said senior vice president of operations Lisa Findura in a press release.

In 2020, Coyle was named KHM Travel Group’s first "Limelight Award" recipient in recognition for his demonstration of KHM Travel Group's core values when interacting with the community of travel advisors, industry suppliers, and other team members.
