Uniworld Adds New Course to Advisor Training Program

Uniworld Boutique River Cruises has added a new course to Uniworld University, the brand’s online travel advisor education program. The course, titled “New for 2022,” will offer advisors a sense of what their clients can expect onboard Uniworld cruises this year. After completing the course, advisors will receive a discounted rate of up to 60 percent off 2022 cruises.

The course offers travel advisors in-depth knowledge of Uniworld’s expanded list of cruise and rail itineraries, including a new rail-only trip along the famed “Trans-Siberian Express,” as well as “Milan, Venice & Istanbul” and “Castles of Transylvania & The Enchanting Danube.” They will also learn about the line’s latest itinerary, “Dutch Delight” and about Uniworld’s on-shore excursions for this year, including the “Nights Out” experiences, the “Make Travel Matter” experiences, and a visit to the Floriade Exposition on select itineraries.

“With another exciting year ahead for Uniworld, working together with our travel advisor partners remains a top priority” said Ellen Bettridge, CEO and president of Uniworld Boutique River Cruises, in a press release. “We have designed our courses to be engaging and dynamic, providing our advisors all the necessary information needed to confidently sell to their clients. We are very grateful for these partnerships and look forward to another year of spectacular Uniworld trips with their clients onboard.”

Travel advisors can register for the new course online at UniworldUniversity.com and gain access to the full The Travel Corporation Agency Academy platform, which includes a host of trainings and e-learning tools for Trafalgar, Contiki, Insight Vacations and Uniworld Boutique River Cruises. The platform is hosted on Litmos and can be found on the SAP Litmos mobile app. Once the app is downloaded, they can enter thetravelcorporation.litmos.com to begin the process. Travel advisors can also earn continued education credits with Uniworld University through Cruise Lines International Association and The Travel Institute.
