Blue World Voyages Partners With Women's Fitness Magazine

Wellness-themed cruise line Blue World Voyages is partnering up with Oxygen, a women’s fitness magazine, to improve programming for guests with interests including fitness, yoga and meditation. The announcement was made by Gene Meehan, Blue World Voyages’ co-founder and chairman. The partnership calls for two fitness and health voyages per year specifically for the Oxygen readership community. Readers can register for updates concerning the voyages and get a $150 on board credit every time they sail.

Blue World Voyages says this partnership is like its others, which includes Hank Haney Golf; on each seven-day voyage, the company expects 20 or more golfers on board. Based on the sailing itinerary, golfers could get the chance to play the sport at various destinations. These games are organized by an on-board Hank Haney professional. Cruisers on the Oxygen-themed cruise can expect experts and numerous activities onboard and on shore.

This cruise will start-up again in mid-2019 and plans to release a fleet of three ships over the next five years. The line is curtailing its 900-passenger ship to accommodate only 350 guests and create larger public spaces. It also has a full-deck spa and amenities including a relaxing therapy tub, spa pool, indoor and outdoor treatment rooms, and a solarium. Guests who try the 12 private Bali beds wake up to a butler served breakfast.
