Bermuda Tourism Unveils New Trip-Planning Tools

Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) officially unveiled new group travel resources as a feature of its “Find the Time You Lost” campaign. For travelers looking to celebrate a wedding, bachelorette party, babymoon, birthday or long-overdue family reunion, the island's tourism experts have assembled fresh inspiration for life’s milestones at www.gotobermuda.com/celebrations.

On the newly launched content hub for celebrations, one can find vacation ideas to take advantage of Bermuda’s mild climate and year-round outdoor adventures: Wake up with a round of golf on any of eight courses, recline midday for a massage inside Grotto Bay’s caves, stroll charming historic towns or stargaze by yacht. The online hub also takes the stress out of event planning with helpful guides and venue directories organized by themes, including waterfront and unique event spaces, and the option to connect with a Bermuda event planning expert.

“We created ‘Find the Time You Lost’ to ignite conversation about what matters most in life, and to make it easy for people to reconnect with loved ones,” said Jamari Douglas, VP, ,arketing, PR and communications. “Statistics show that planning remains the most stressful part of a vacation but, in Bermuda, we believe in evolving resources and working closely with travel planners to make celebrations a breeze.”

Located in the North Atlantic, Bermuda’s close proximity to major U.S. cities, including New York City and Charlotte, with flights under two hours, make travel almost effortless. BermudAir, an all-business class carrier, just launched year-round service with flights between Bermuda and Boston, Fort  Lauderdale, and Westchester, NY, while JetBlue's round-trip service from Boston will continue through the winter months.
