Roy Choi Shares First Look At "Best Friend" Coming To Las Vegas At Park MGM

The first glimpse into Roy Choi’s vision for his Las Vegas debut at Park MGM is official. Chef Choi released the following statement of his original restaurant concept, Best Friend, opening this December.

“Best Friend is a remixed and remastered collection of the evolution of our Los Angeles – its food, its music, its culture. It is the only place to sink your teeth into all the flavors from Kogi-to-Commissary and everything in between, along with fresh new ideas I’ve been cooking up for years. It's Koreatown in a capsule – a portal to the streets of LA, but also rooted in what makes Las Vegas… VEGAS. Hip hop-to-bibimbop. Kimchi-to-spaghetti. BBQ and late-night food.”

The new restaurant, the first Las Vegas property for Roy Choi, will join Park MGM’s other culinary concepts including Hogsalt Hospitality’s Bavette’s Steakhouse; Juniper Cocktail Lounge; and South-of-France inspired restaurant Primrose.
