The Pool Barn houses a junior Olympic-length lap pool and is literally a barn with roll-up, garage-style doors that can be opened during the day to let in the cool, Texas Hill Country breezes. It looks out onto beautiful landscaping and, in the spring, visitors get a visual treat of seeing the Texas bluebonnets bloom right outside the Pool Barn’s doors.
The doors can be rolled up to let the breeze flow in from the surrounding hill country. Guests can swim laps, float, or take meditation and yoga classes, offered as part of the property's Ripple Effects summer water program that ties back to the health benefits of being in, near or on a body of water. The Pool Barn offers a variety of activities, including: AquaFitness classes, Blue Yoga, DriftAway Meditation, Lap Swimming, team-building events, and Wellness on Water Workouts (WOWW), which utilize tethered aqua fitness mats.

In addition to its monstrous size and unique architecture, relaxing music always plays throughout the Pool Barn. The pool has beautiful night lighting to make evening swims more memorable. It is heated year-round, and guests can use some of the equipment, including kickboards, zoomer fins and aqua bar bells.
