International hospitality company Lore Group has introduced Hotel Park Ave after acquiring the former Mondrian Park Avenue hotel. The property will mark Lore Group’s seventh hotel property sitting alongside the likes of Pulitzer Amsterdam, Sea Containers London and Riggs Washington, D.C.
Hotel Park Ave is undergoing a two-phased refurbishment with a refresh to all guestrooms in the first quarter of this year. In spring 2025, Lore Group Creative Director Jacu Strauss will unveil a new lobby and nine suites, including the NoMad Penthouse. All renovations will take place in stages with minimal disruption to guests, and the hotel will remain open throughout.
Located in the heart of New York City’s NoMad neighborhood, the property houses two private event spaces: an intimate study and a neighboring 15th-floor terrace. New dining concepts across the hotel’s rooftop terrace bar and ground-level restaurant will be announced in spring 2025.
Under its new identity, Hotel Park Ave welcomes Alison Pecci as general manager, who brings a wealth of local market and management experience, following previous roles at MADE hotels, Royalton Park Avenue and Gansevoort Hotel Group. Pecci is known for her ability to deliver market leading strategies by building strong relationships, and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.
Hotel Park Ave will join the Lore Discovery loyalty program in early 2025, offering guests the chance to earn and spend loyalty currency across Lore Group’s other hotels and over 800 partners globally.
