NIZUC Resort & Spa has renovated the Winik’s Kids Club and Tera Nostra Lounge.
Winik’s is geared toward children ages four through 12 years old, with a daily activities program in place that allows kids to interact in a supervised environment. It is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In the same vicinity is Terra Nostra Lounge, a gaming center equipped with billiards, pinball, foosball and ample TV screens. This space is geared toward teenagers 12 and older and features views of the ocean in an open-air format. Snacks and beverages can be ordered on demand. Terra Nostra Lounge is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Thursday through Saturday the space doubles as a full-scale bar for those ages 21 and up.
NIZUC Resort & Spa, which opened in March 2013, is a 29-acre beachfront property. The property was once a base station for Mayan astronomers and later a presidential retreat for world leaders. It is fifteen minutes away from the Cancun Airport.
