The Residences at Waikiki Beach Tower Completes Renovation

Aqua-Aston Hospitality has announced that The Residences at Waikiki Beach Tower, located on Waikiki's iconic Kalakaua Avenue, is now open following an extensive multi-million-dollar transformation.

Previously known as Aston Waikiki Beach Tower, the oceanfront resort is a short walk away from the famous shoreline of Waikiki Beach on Oahu.

In addition to its prime location and views over the beach, the city, and the volcanic edges of Diamond Head, The Residences offers guests four residences per floor. Each two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence comes equipped with separate living and dining areas, a full kitchen, and a balcony with beach views.

An all-encompassing remodel of each residence was completed, including new flooring throughout; mango wood accents; island-living furniture; chef-inspired kitchens; and four- and five-piece, spa-like master bathrooms.

Millions were also invested in the public spaces, including an open-air recreation deck overlooking the beach from the fourth floor, complete with a new fitness center, motion studio, and shower facilities; a new sunset deck with fire pits, lounge seating and shaded cabanas; a jet spa and children’s pool; a new kitchen facility with an expanded dining area and barbecue grills; and a new air-conditioned Aloha Lounge, complete with ample seating, a flat screen television and a Hawaii-themed book collection.

New guest amenities include arrangements for luxury airport transfers, in-room spa services, family services – like babysitting referrals and kid-friendly amenities – and guest experiences, like hula and ukulele lessons.

Upon opening, The Residences at Waikiki Beach Tower will join the ranks of Aqua-Aston Hospitality’s Instinct Collection brand, a group of standalone, independent hotels.
