Hotel Esencia in Riviera Maya is set to unveil the Esencia Villa in September 2022. The new 10,000-square-foot, four-bedroom villa is a "stone’s throw" from the Xpu Ha Beach, and Hotel Esencia’s restaurants, spa and gym. A new helipad and a sheltered tennis court are also nearby.
The Esencia Villa can accommodate up to eight guests. It offers spacious suites with en-suite bathrooms, double sinks and walk-in wardrobes. The master suite comprises a bedroom and en-suite bathroom that includes a shower room and bathtub, double basins and an indoor-outdoor pool. The adjacent office also has a terrace with ample seating and a hammock. The two junior suites have outdoor terraces and a studio lounge, besides a fourth bedroom that can accommodate up to two children, a nanny or a butler.
The rooftop has a covered terrace that can accommodate up to 20 persons. It includes sun loungers and offers 360-degree ocean and jungle views. The main pool is situated a level below; it is lined on one side by sun beds and cabanas, and a thatched Mexican palapa on the other.
The Esencia Villa offers ample common spaces for hosting. In the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, guests or a private chef can curate menus for the group. The family kitchen connects to a breakfast terrace with views. The main living room has a wet bar and an intimate lounge with oversized windows.
The Esencia Villa includes an indoor fitness studio with the latest equipment, besides a virtual personal trainer. Guests will also have access to a private cinema that can seat up to 20 persons. They can also enjoy a fully stocked, underground speakeasy bar, which includes a DJ booth staffed on request.
