Franchise Business Review recognized Dream Vacations as the leader in franchisee satisfaction in travel and hospitality. This year also marked the tenth time the market research firm placed the travel company on its Best of the Best list.

Published in its first issue of 2019, this year’s list featured three companies in the travel and hospitality category: Dream Vacations, Cruise Planners and Expedia CruiseShipCenters. The article named Dream Vacations as “Best in Category.”

More than half of Dream Vacations’ 1,300 franchisees reviewed the company for Franchise Business Review. The company received a ‘Very Good’ in training and support, franchise system, franchisee community, owner enjoyment, financial opportunity and general satisfaction, and an ‘Excellent’ in leadership and core values.
