Pleasant Holidays, along with its luxury brand Journese, launched a new online tool that will let travel advisors turn an existing quote into a booked vacation. Working in minutes, the Book this Quote tool converts quotes, whether they originated online or at the call center, into bookable products online. The new service will make hotel- and air-inclusive package bookings faster, saving time for travel advisors.

Key features include:

  • Navigate via the home page of the agent-only websites, or under “View Your Itinerary” within the quote
  • Quotes remain accessible online for a 30-day period from original quote under “My Bookings
  • A single quote can be used to generate multiple bookings, so travel advisors can create sample quotes with popular itinerary components to expedite the booking process of similar vacation packages for multiple clients
  • When changes transpire between creating the quote and converting it to a booking, an alert appears at the top of the page so that alternative options can be reviewed and confirmed

Pleasant Holidays and Journese are members of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) and an active member of the United States Tour Operator Association (USTOA) and participates in the $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program.
