Stats: The Top Travel Brands for Customer Service

Southwest Airlines

Southwest Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Allianz Global Assistance, and more are among the travel brands recognized for top customer service in a new poll from Elliott Advocacy, a consumer advocacy site. The Elliott Advocacy Readers’ Choice Customer Service Awards polled the site’s readers on their favorite companies in 16 categories, ranging from airlines to wireless service providers. 
    
Here are the top five brands in each travel-related category:

Balloting for the awards was conducted from November 1 to December 31, 2018. Elliott Advocacy is a nonprofit consumer advocacy site. Its Customer Service Awards are now in their 14th year.
