Holbox Island’s Ser Casasandra Announces Spiritual Program

Ser Casasandra, the boutique hotel located on Holbox Island in Mexico, has unveiled its schedule for “Ser Retreat," a spiritual program that promotes wellness and balance. The creators of the retreat are two professionals in the field of spiritual growth: Shirayam and Habiramy.

Shirayam, co-founder of Dharma Global, a Latin American platform dedicated towards spiritual improvement, has been a facilitator of self-knowledge retreats for over 25 years across 10 countries. She created the method for self-knowledge called “Sky Mind." Habiramy, also known as Sandra Perez Lozano, is the CEO of Ser Casasandra and co-founder of Dharma Global. She is a visual artist, writer, speaker and therapist. The spiritual retreat is aimed at providing attendees with the tools that will help them deal with the challenges of their daily lives.

The first program, “Sky Mind: Transcend The Mind, Open The Heart,"will run between September 29 and October 2, 2022. The main practices include meditation on the beach, projection and perception, recognition exercises, Mayan purification ceremonies, therapeutic writing exercises, Satori Dance, yoga practices, conscious walks and experiences of connection with nature.

“Ser Retreat” is about building a healthy balance between the body and the mental state. Ser Casasandra will take care of guests’ nutrition with a new menu that includes light protein, healthy fats, minerals, fresh fruits and vegetables. It also includes three healthy, organic and seasonal dishes to restore the immune system and boost energy levels.
