Seadust Cancun Adds Adult-Focused Cuisine, Onsite Starbucks

Seadust Cancun Family Resort has debuted its latest culinary offerings, which include two new food menus and the inauguration of Starbucks in the hotel lobby.

Previously open only for à la carte breakfast, Atlantis restaurant, which showcases views of the Mexican Caribbean, will now offer a dinner menu. This new adults-only feature presents an eight-course meal accompanied by a live pianist to make for a romantic night. Atlantis is a by invitation only eatery and opens Wednesday and Saturday at 8 p.m. The eight courses will change every six months depending on seasonal ingredients. Some of the dishes currently available include:

  • Tuna ceviche with mango tataki and creamy white garlic sauce
  • Red snapper and fresh basil confit on a bed of noodles with sautéed vegetables
  • Chocolate cylinder with milk and amaretto essence

Additional culinary options available to adults include a new menu at Club Caribe, the adults-only pool and bar with sunset views over the Nichupté Lagoon. The menu will allow patrons to enjoy pool-side bites such as sushi, nachos and sandwiches with their cocktails.

Additionally, Seadust will open a Starbucks in the hotel lobby this March. Serving coffee andespresso drinks, this new addition to the resort’s culinary offering will allow guest to enjoy their favorite Starbucks signature beverages and pastries during their stay. Beverages and pastries are not included in the all-inclusive price.

These culinary updates come at the hands of the property’s chef, Vladimir Cid, who was brought in to the Seadust Cancun team in December 2017 to incorporate his vision for a more modern and gourmet culinary experience.
